Falling in love is like giving someone a gun and hoping they don’t use it.

Mood Based Love - Narcissistic “love”, is based solely on mood and the fleeting emotion of the moment. Enduring love eludes the narcissist as they are unable to sustain or endure the effort it takes to establish meaningful, lasting connections and healthy attachment. Opening your heart to a narcissist is an incredibly dangerous and often times tragic endeavor.

Narcissist’s tend to be emotionally and relationally disabled, and typically only experience love, and express it, at a very superficial surface level.
